ExpressMaintenance now includes a
built-in Advanced Rich Text Editor. This means users can edit or
paste documents from Word and other word processors directly into notes
fields of ExpressMaintenance. Now your work orders can include
pages of highly technical information to help insure the job gets done
right.
Below is an example of a work order where notes
are automatically inserted under the applicable service. The work
order can consist of unlimited services with pages of notes under each
service. To create the notes initially, users can use the powerful
built-in
editor or paste directly from their word
processor.

ExpressMaintenance now includes a
powerful built-in editor for all notes fields. To access the
editor, simply right click on any notes field.
