Question:
Why can I not see any requests records after updating to version
5.6.1.1?
Answer:
The initial release of 5.6.1.1 contained a bug that did not properly
convert requests records to the new release. This was promptly
corrected and few users should encounter the problem. However, if
you do not see any requests when clicking when you click on the All
status in the Maintenance / Requests screen, you will need to take the
following steps to resolve the issue.
-
Download
and install the latest update of ExpressMaintenance from our
website.
-
Run
ExpressMaintenance
-
Click on
Administration / Defaults
-
Open
ExpressRequest Defaults section
-
Click on
the item listed as "Copy Old Requests"
-
Click on
the button to the right with the green arrow
This option
will run a routine that will copy the requests into the new requests
table.
Caution:
Only run this routing one time. If you run it multiple times the
requests will be duplicated.
