Units (Equipment) Screens

At the heart of ExpressMaintenance is the Units (Equipment) screen. This powerful screen allows you to track virtually any type of information about your equipment. Data is well organized under subject tabs. You'll discover that tracking maintenance on all types of equipment is possible. However, you can disable unused tabs and they will not even appear if desired. Below is the Units screen with the Services (PMs) tab selected.

Note: You can turn off any of the lower tabs of the Units screen so they do not display.

When work orders are completed, ExpressMaintenance automatically updates the next schedule date for the service and adds the data to the units services history. You can right click on a record and instantly jump to the source work order for full details.

You can even track and graph downtime for your equipment. Right click on a record and you can instantly jump to the work order that references the downtime for more details. Note: Lower tabs of the Units screen can be turned off to not display.

Parts can be associated with units for easy selection and reference. Right click on a record and you can instantly jump to the part record for full details. Note: Lower tabs of the Units screen can be turned off to not display.

ExpressMaintenance provides fields for tracking lease and warranty information. Note: Lower tabs of the Units screen can be turned off to not display.

A wonderful feature of ExpressMaintenance is the ability to attach other Units or files from any other application to Units. Files can be instantly executed using their native application from within ExpressMaintenance. Note: Lower tabs of the Units screen can be turned off to not display.

Just in case we overlooked a field that you might need, ExpressMaintenance includes 21 fields that allow your system administrator to define. You setup the label and pick list for each of these fields to suite your organization. You can even define the tab name. Note: Lower tabs of the Units screen can be turned off to not display.

Comprehensive notes can be entered for each Unit. Double click the notes panel and a full screen editor appears. Note: Lower tabs of the Units screen can be turned off to not display.

The Sources tab allows you to enter unlimited sources (vendors) for the unit along with pricing. Right click on a source and you can instantly jump to the vendor record. Note: Lower tabs of the Units screen can be turned off to not display.
