All financial transactions appear immediately in the general ledger and reflect on financial statements.  Transactions may be edited or voided by authorized users only when the period is open (not closed).  While the double-entry method is used, most transactions only require the distribution entry and ExpressLP Accounting completes the transaction automatically.
