ExpressAccounting Release 5.4.3.1 - January 26, 2006

  • General - Corrected connection error on opening of the program.

ExpressAccounting Release 5.4.3.1 - January 4, 2006

  • Payroll - Includes Federal tax table changes for 2006.  Do not install this update until you have completed all payroll runs for 2005.

ExpressAccounting Release 5.4.2.1 - December 28, 2004

  • Payroll - Includes Federal tax table changes for 2005.  Do not install this update until you have completed all payroll runs for 2004.

ExpressAccounting Release 5.4.1.4 - January 16, 2004

  • General - Adjusted accounting screens to allow for better cursor movement in detail section.  Also, use the Grid Properties button to arrange columns.

  • Payroll - Includes Federal tax table changes for 2004.

  • Payroll / Statements - Added ability to generate statements based on date range.

 

ExpressAccounting Release 5.3.9.5 - December 23, 2003

  • General - Dropped and recreated the Company view with dbo as owner. Causing problems in POS.

  • General - Adjusted connection properties / method.

 

ExpressAccounting Release 5.3.8.3

  • Accounting Screens - Adjusted to properly save grid properties.  Must be done at each workstation.

  • Accounting Screens - Adjusted to advance to next column after selecting Division, Job, Product or Account.

  • Accounting - Adjusted GL RecordNumber field to be an identity column to avoid primary key violation under certain circumstances.

  • Payroll - Adjusted Employee2 and Employee3 RecordNumber fields to be identity columns to avoid primary key violations under certain circumstances.

  • Accounting Screens - Adjusted accounting screens to allow administrator to arrange and setup grid columns. If the user has Company & Closing permission, a Grid Properties button will appear in upper left corner of accounting grids. Click the Grid Properties button to show a dialog box that allows you to arrange and turn on / off columns. Use this method to turn off Division or Job fields if not desired.

  • Accounting Screens - Added an ItemSeq field to all detail accounting transactions. Users can sequence the details as desired. This is especially helpful in receivables. You will need to adjust your invoice report to sort in this manner as well.
